FAQs

Everything you need to know about the product and billing

Our eSIM works with most unlocked devices that support eSIM technology, including smartphones and tablets.

Supported brands include:

  • Apple (iPhone & iPad)

  • Samsung

  • Google Pixel

  • Huawei

  • and other eSIM-compatible models

Each brand name links to the official manufacturer’s support page where you can verify whether your specific model supports eSIM.

Important notes before purchasing

  • Your device must be unlocked

  • Your device must support eSIM (physical SIM support alone is not enough)

  • eSIM support depends on the exact model, not just the brand

For Android one-tap installation, your device must also:

  • run Android 10 or later

  • have the latest Google Mobile Services (GMS) installed
(Some devices support eSIM but may not support one-tap installation yet.)

Not sure about your device?

If you’re unsure whether your device is compatible:

  • Check the official manufacturer link above

  • Or contact our support team before purchasing

We’ll be happy to help you confirm compatibility

You can install your eSIM in just a few minutes.
Start with the recommended option for your device. If it doesn’t open, simply use the next method.

Option 1: One-Tap Installation (Recommended)

iPhone (iOS 17.4 or later)

  • Open the order confirmation email on your iPhone

  • Tap “Activate iOS”

  • Confirm installation on the screen

Android (Android 10 or later)

  • Open the email in Gmail or Google Chrome

  • Tap “Activate Android”

  • Follow the on-screen instructions

⚠️ Android one-tap installation works only from Gmail or Chrome.
It does not open from WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media apps.

Option 2: Install Using QR Code

If one-tap installation does not open:

  1. Open the email on another device or print it

  2. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add Data Plan

  3. Scan the QR code from the email

  4. Follow the instructions

Option 3: Manual Installation (Backup)

If the QR code is not available:

  1. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add Data Plan

  2. Select Enter Details Manually

  3. Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code
    (shown under the QR code)

  4. Complete installation

Option 4: Backup Link

You can also use the Backup Link from the email or your eSIMBee account.

This option:

  • always works

  • is useful if one-tap installation is not supported on your device

After Installation

  • Set the installed eSIM as your Data Line

  • Enable Data Roaming

  • No APN settings are required

Your plan starts only after activation.

 Tip
If one method doesn’t open, simply move to the next option above.
All methods activate the same eSIM.

If your eSIM is not working, follow these steps in order:

1. Check Your Connection Settings

  • Make sure Mobile Data and Data Roaming are turned on.

  • Confirm that your eSIM is set as the active Data Line.

2. Restart Your Device

  • A simple reboot often fixes minor connectivity issues.

3. Verify Installation Method

  • If you used Android One-Tap, ensure you opened the email in Gmail or Chrome (it does not work from WhatsApp, Telegram, or other apps).

  • If One-Tap did not work, try QR Code or Manual Installation (see FAQ: How can I install my eSIM?).

4. Check Network Coverage

  • Ensure you are in an area with available mobile service.

  • Important: Some travel eSIMs only allow activation after arrival in the destination country.
Attempting to activate the eSIM before entering the country may prevent connection.

5. Contact Support

  • If the problem persists, contact our support team with:

    • Order number

    • Device model & OS version

    • Screenshot of any error (if possible)

We will help you resolve the issue quickly.

Day Pass is a daily eSIM tariff with automatic renewal of high-speed traffic every 24 hours. This is the perfect solution for short trips or network testing.

🔄 How Day Pass Works:

  • High-speed traffic is renewed every day at 00:00 (according to the operator’s time)

  • After using the daily limit, the speed is reduced to the FUP level

  • You can purchase from 1 to 365 days with progressive discounts

  • You can extend an existing plan by adding more days

📊 Speeds After FUP (Real-World Scenario):

256-512 Kbps (Standard Day Pass option):

  • ✅ Messengers: WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal

  • ✅ Email: Loading emails without attachments

  • ✅ Navigation: Google Maps, Maps.me (map loading is slower)

  • ✅ Social Media: Text and small photos (Instagram may not work)

  • ❌ Video: YouTube, TikTok, Netflix — not recommended

  • ❌ Video Calls: Skype, Zoom — do not work

1-2 Mbps (Option in some tariffs):

  • ✅ Audio: Spotify, Apple Music, podcasts

  • ✅ Browser: Most websites load

  • ✅ Remote Work: Email, messengers, Google Docs

  • ⚠️ Video: Only low quality (144-240p) with buffering

⚠️ Important Clarifications:

  1. FUP speeds are maximum possible under ideal conditions

  2. Actual speed depends on the operator’s network congestion

  3. Video streaming is not recommended after FUP activation

  4. High-speed traffic resets strictly at midnight (according to the operator’s time)

🎯 Who is Day Pass Suitable For:

  • Short trips (1-7 days)

  • Backup internet in case of issues with your main SIM card

  • Network testing before purchasing a long-term tariff

  • Users with minimal needs (email, navigation, messengers)

No. Each eSIM is intended for use on a single device only.

  • Once activated, the eSIM is permanently tied to that device.

  • It cannot be transferred or reactivated on another phone or tablet.

   Tip:
If you replace your device, you will need to purchase a new eSIM for the new device.

Any unused data will expire automatically at the end of your eSIM’s validity period.

  • Data cannot be carried over or used after expiration.

  • Make sure to use your plan before the expiry date to get the full benefit.
